1. Data we collect

We collect data provided directly by you, such as name, email and phone number, when you fill in forms, download free materials or contact us at info@arqbase.com.

When you make a purchase, payment and registration data (name, email, tax ID and address) are collected and processed by the Hotmart platform, which is responsible for the checkout and the members area. ArqBase receives from Hotmart only the data necessary to deliver the product and support the student.

We also automatically collect browsing data, such as IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and time spent, through cookies and similar technologies.

2. Cookies and third-party tools

We use cookies and third-party tools for the operation, measurement and promotion of the website, which may include:

• Audience analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), to understand how the site is used;
• Advertising pixels (e.g. Meta Pixel and Google Ads), to measure campaigns and display relevant ads;
• Video players (e.g. vturb/ConverteAI) and embedded content, which may record playback data;
• Payment platform and members area (Hotmart), which has its own privacy policy.

You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work correctly without them.

3. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes: delivering the products and supporting the student; communication about the purchase, updates and news; sending content and offers, when authorised; improving the website and the browsing experience; measuring marketing campaigns; and complying with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal data. Sharing occurs only with service providers necessary to the operation — such as Hotmart (payment and members area), hosting services, email tools and the analytics and advertising platforms mentioned in section 2 — or when required by law, court order or competent authority.

• Withdrawal of consent and deletion of data processed on that basis.

7. Email communications

By signing up for our materials or making a purchase, you may receive emails with content, notices and offers from ArqBase. Every email sent contains an unsubscribe option, which can be used at any time.

8. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect legal or operational changes. The version in force will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update.
